We combine boxing for fitness, cardio, and strength training through our super-functional Queenax at our women’s boxing studio. The routine that we perform is four rounds is intense, but doable, regardless of your fitness levels. Have the confidence to know that the efforts you make in our ladies boxing classes count with our heart monitoring devices to track each member’s level of exertion, allowing them to learn how to maximize their efforts. And because we care about your journey to success, upon completion of the workout, we email feedback after each group boxing class.
