The Hook Method is a new way to conquer a HIIT circuit training workout. Our system is designed to help you get in shape and achieve the body that you want fast, all in a supportive and empowering environment. The method we use at our women’s gym offers an all-in-one workout that both burns and tones your total body, giving you an exercise that helps you both lose weight and shape up. It is the most revolutionary workout you’ll ever experience!
Our fun and friendly HIIT circuit training classes for women are easier on the body than traditional weightlifting, yet our total body workout is second to none. As a Grapevine boutique fitness studio, we blend cardio, strength, and boxing training through high-intensity interval training. The Hook Method elevates your body’s metabolism, and creates “excess post-exercise oxygen consumption” (EPOC) that helps you to burn more than 400-600 calories per class in just 45 minutes!
The Hook Method uses several elements to help you get the most out of your workout. First, we use high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, lower high blood pressure, and to help you lose abdominal fat and overall body weight.
Next, we offer group circuit classes led by highly motivated instructors to help you get pumped up and learn the proper techniques to perform exercises safely and efficiently. For strength training, we use the Queenax by Precor.
Our main focus and passion, however, is giving each woman the opportunity to find themselves through fitness in a safe and empowering environment. The Hook Method’s combination of cardio, strength training, and non-contact boxing will help you burn fat and build muscle at our ladies-only gym. Our muscle group focus program conditions the entire body and enables you to gain strength, agility, balance, and coordination in addition to added confidence. Our boutique fitness studio approach uses non-contact boxing and focuses on movement and motivation by using boxing towers powered by Box Master.
