A sweaty fat-blasting booty building HIIT class designed by women for women. Our Peach Pump is lead and created by The Hook Head Coach, Natalia. The duration of this class is 60 minutes and is designed to target all of the angles of the glutes by incorporating different styles of lunges, squats, weights, band work, and plyometric exercises. Each movement has a purpose. All the muscles in the legs are covered with outside-the-box exercises to help round, lift, and tighten the booty. The music fueled class starts with a warmup to activate the glutes, then moves to a fun but challenging routine to keep the heart rate up. You will leave with the perfect peach pump!
