What Are Our Women’s Fitness Classes Like?

Our group exercise classes are open to all women of all fitness abilities and levels. Each HIIT class is led by a quality star instructor who guides you through a 45-minute workout experience. If this is your first Hook workout, please arrive about 20-30 minutes before the class begins to get acquainted with our staff and learn a bit more about the workout and what to expect once the class begins.

Group fitness classes are a great way to meet others. So many of us get stuck in our routines, see the same people, and then go home to our families or our pets. We do this day-in and day-out to the point a year goes by and you can probably count on one hand how many people you’ve actually met in a year.

By joining The Hook in Grapevine, you will meet a group of like-minded women who share your goals and dreams. They will hold you accountable when you miss a class, and they will motivate you to attend class. Outside of class, you can grab a cup of coffee and hopefully form a relationship outside of our ladies’ gym. We frequently hold social events and encourage all of our members to attend.

Studies show that you will work harder, workout longer, and attend more if you go with a friend than if you go alone.
